Ego and Power vs Codes of ethics.

This land owned by someones else but claimed by the egoist guy claimed above the law. He made an agreement and witness by his own subordinate for the purpose of claiming all compensation from the third party who depend on him to arrange all matters regarding NCR with his own people. But the guardian turns into a predator.

Im not sure and confident to write about this. What im intending to mentioned here is about those in power who become egoist and felt like above the laws. Taking a case involving native custom land./NCL/NCR. Land and survey codes or clause 210(e) mentioned that a wrong witness over somebody's land will be entitled to 5 yrs jail term and RM$100K fine. I suppose that this also applies to tempering to with intend falsifying document to switch rightfull owners. Meaning to say if a person inform another party that he owns a piece of land ( which is actually someones else) and he claim any compensation in money terms or any kinds can be executed under this clause. making an agreement for such purposes and witness by someones else without the rightfull owners can also be executed under this clause. All natives in sarawak dont know this clause so their community leaders can do whatever he wants for his own benifits.
